Culinary Arts Award 2012 - A 3 days national culinary competition for culinary student of local & private uni's hosted by NESTLE'S.

This year competition took place in Management & Science University, Shah Alam or knowingly know as MSU.


Day 1 - Hit up with the seafood session which showcased a display of Salmon as the main item.

Day 2 - fire up the bird categories, which in the morning a display of Chicken as the main item and later on the afternoon after the Friday prayers Duck, which I was there to observe.

And Day 3 - A 3 Course Black Box Menu & Result Announcement.


The champion of this competition will receive a 6 month training at LeMeridian Hotel, KL and then after flying of to Indonesia for South East Asia Level. *Please correct me here if am wrong.*

18 Feb 2012 - He was also awarded the current CAA of the year.
